Knock and Natter

'Knock and Natter' is a new open community session for any ability.

'Knock and Natter' is a concept designed by Academy Transformation Trust in partnership with Ashfield District Council.

Sessions are designed to be relaxed and friendly for people to come along and have a go at the activities on offer and 'natter' while you play.

The sessions will start with a mixture of Badminton, Squash and or Table Tennis and you can try one or more the activities during the sessions. If you prefer one specific activity, this is fine too but a great opportunity to try a new activity.

Useful Information:
- The sessions are designed for 18years + (note: Junior 'Knock and Natter' coming soon....)
- All abilities welcome from beginner to regular player
- Racket or Bat not essential - loan equipment available on site. (if you have your own equipment, please bring it)
- Appropriate sport clothing / footwear essential
- Sessions are designed as a 'drop in', arrive when you can, leave when you need too within the advised session times.
- Essential - tell your friends and family and share on social media
- Advised booking advised but not essential.
- Most importantly, you can come along alone or bring a friend, family member or work colleague for a 'knock and natter'. A playing partner is not essential.

The sessions are designed to be a relaxed environment to meet local people, have a 'knock' at one or more of the sport activities on offer and 'natter' while you do it.
