Fitness Suite

The Academy Fitness Suite was recently refurbished in the summer of 2021.

The gym has x ….. Stations which is a mixture of strength / conditioning and cardio vascular.

Dimensions:
Full Fitness Suite = L 13.3m x 7.1m x H 2.35m
Spin Area (which is within main Fitness Suite) is : L 3.3m x 5.9m x H 2.35m

Suitable Uses: Fitness Suite is equipment for mixture of strength/conditioning and cardio vascular equipment. The Fitness Suite also has 12 spin bikes suitable for hosting class based activities.

Restrictions: Induction and PARQ must have been completed prior to first use. The Fitness Suite is currently only open to staff or students as part of an organised Academy session.
The Academy are open to private hire linked to Personal Training led by suitable qualified fitness trainers.
