Boxing Room

The Academy have a small purpose built boxing room.

The room has wall mounted punch bags to facilitate basic boxing training and fitness workout.

Dimensions: L 7.48m x W 5.20m x H 2.25m

Capacity: up to 8

Restrictions: Induction and PARQ must have been completed prior to first use. The boxing room is currently only open to staff or students as part of an organised Academy session.
The Academy are open to private hire linked to Personal Training led by suitable qualified fitness trainers.
